Tributes all around have been springing up to celebrate the 30th birthday of the Mac, and Time has an exclusive video of Steve Jobs introducing the Mac to the world. It's worth a watch. I embedded it below if you don't want to read the accompanying article (I felt it was worth it!)
I was five and a half when that amazing commercial above aired during the 1984 Super Bowl game, and it aired only ONE time (something no one can say about a commercial these days...) and perhaps at that time only Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak knew that they had changed everything.
Little did even they know what that company would evolve into. But I, for one, am grateful that history unfolded how it has, despite the loss of one of the greatest inventors ever.
I'd love your thoughts!
