Like Glamour, most of the major glossies have been making the push into towards an online experience to extend their printed pieces and be more up-to-the-minute than print can ever be, as well as expanding their social media activity. Eva Chen was a huge social media mover before her appointment as Editor in Chief at Lucky. She has had her finger on the pulse of new and now, for what seems like ever, and clearly everyone in the publishing world has taken notes from her.
Checking in on Glamour's blog, I've gotten links to a few really awesome tutorials, one of which I shared on here regarding the best way to apply dry shampoo (life changing, really!)
The header logo is fantastic, upbeat and just the right amount of fun. Just in a few minutes I learned some great selfie tips, and developed a serious case of hair envy over Brooklyn Decker's seriously amazing blond "Barbie Hair."
It's fairly new, so give them a few days to get the kinks worked out, but I hope when you check it out you pick up a few fun ideas. Let me know what you think!
