Weekend Update ::: You're blingin' blangin' right I am!

So this month I had aimed to not buy much, spend much, and focus, instead, on saving a set amount and still haven't bought the new coat, which was all I wanted to allow myself to buy for the last two months.

Well, that road was paved with good intentions, but zero actual concrete.

Tech Time ::: Generation Like

My husband is a huge fan of Frontline. And really so am I. I find it so entirely different from any other "news magazine" show out there.  

Just last week there was a fascinating episode that we watched together, which almost never happens, regarding the business of "likes."  I always read about "like farming" and this is kind of a new take, an expanded take, on the business of likes.

So, like, the day after the post went live last week for Graze.com, my very first box arrived at my home. I don't normally arrive home until evening from work and my husband chooses to not mess with my mail often despite my many requests (he works from home), but he did say "hey, ANOTHER (lots of emphasis there...) package arrived for you today..this one looks interesting and I almost want to open it this time, but I won't. But I want to."

Makin' My Way Back to You, Babe...

I am coming back out of the hole, slowly. Last week was a horrible week, besides the stomach bug I came down with, one that ate half my week, we lost my Grandma as well. So the latter part of the week, I was spending time with family and saying goodbyes.

This week I'll be getting it back together, and hopefully my rescheduled posts will actually post when I set them to post. I might be a few more days behind, hopefully not the whole week, but I'll get there.
